Mary Esther Aguirre has been with Murphy Law Firm since January 1, 2000. She works primarily with estate planning and business formations and assists clients to qualify for Arizona Long-Term Care System (ALTCS) benefits.
Prior to joining with Murphy Law Firm, she worked for 15 years with Texas Instruments, Inc., primarily in a secretarial capacity, in Richardson, Texas. She then moved to Tempe, Arizona, where she worked four years with Chase Manhattan Bank.
She has an Associate of Arts degree in general studies and Spanish from Mesa Community College, where she was selected as student of the year in 1995-1996. She received an Associate of Applied Science degree in legal assisting from Phoenix College, which she received with honors. The program is approved by the American Bar Association. Ms. Aguirre is certified by the American Alliance of Paralegals and is a member of that organization, of the Arizona Paralegal Association and of the Maricopa County Bar Association's Paralegal Division as well.
She is fluent in Spanish and communicates with Spanish-speaking clients in their primary language whenever the need arises.
She has two adult children and four grandchildren.
